Dane had a great time feeding the ducks last week. He would run and chase after the ducks trying to give them bread. It was pretty adorable! I think we'll be visiting the pond again soon.

Poopy in the potty!
Guess who went poopy in the potty?
Yep, it was Dane! And here he is so excited about his achievement. (Look closely and you can see the yellow potty in the background - we'll spare you a picture of the poopy itself.)
Who knows when it will happen again, but we sure are excited that it happened today.
Way to go Dane!

Puerto Vallarta - Parte Uno
I know, I know, I know...it's about TIME! Spring break was almost a month ago and I am just now getting to posting all these wonderful photos (oh boy, what am I going to do once number 2 arrives?)
Despite Dan being sick as a DOG, we had a good time. Unfortunately, Dan spent the majority of the trip in bed, but Dane and I got some great quality time with Nannie, Guy, Unk Tim, Auntie Amy, Bubba (Zachary) and Eliana. We stayed in a gorgeous condo that made us feel like Hollywood stars. Exhibit A: The view from our balcony!!!
Exhibit B: Balcony #1

Exhibit C: Balcony #2
Somehow we managed not to take that many pictures inside showing the amazing kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We were just too busy enjoying the outdoors. But here a few of us just lounging around.

Unk Tim doing what he does best - mixing up strawberry daquiris. Oh so yummy! Don't worry, mine were made of the virgin variety. :)
Of course, Dane spent some quality time with the kitchen cabinets. In fact, all the kids had a great time getting in and out of this particular cabinet. Dane loved being in there with his cousins!
This is where Dane spent the majority of his time. It was the biggest joke because Dane was constantly eating! He must of been going through a growth spurt while we were down there.
And, of course, a lot of time was spent here too.....

The next set of photos were taken by Dan and Nannie. They both are quite the photographers and they really captured the essence of Puerto Vallarta.

A Beautiful Week!
We've had some beautiful sunny spring weather here in Juneau. Some days the temperatures actually crept up to the low 50s. That is reason to celebrate around these parts! We got outside a lot this week, which Dane just loves. He can't wait to put his boops (boots!) on and head out to the aba (water) whether it be the beach or just the puddles on our street.

And now for the hunt!
To our surprise, Dane was an exceptional egg hunter!
He had a blast searching for eggs scattered in the snowbanks and even found a few that Mom & Dad didn't see!

I've saved the best for last.......
Looking good Mom!
Don't turn me into the What Not To Wear Police!
A big thanks to Angie & Joyce for hosting a wonderful brunch and a successful egg hunt. We're already hoping we get invited again next year. ;)
