Storytime!

We're so sad that the O'Brien's are leaving tomorrow morning, but I think that Dane is going to be the saddest! :( He has absolutely LOVED having them all here. We feel so blessed that they were able to visit us and we're already hoping for another visit!

No, we haven't fallen off the face of the earth!

Just been busy finishing the school year, getting ready for Auntie MMMM (Dan's sister Amy), UnK (Tim), Bubba (Zachary) and YaYa (Eliana) to arrive (which has been SUPER fun!!) and being 8 months pregnant and feeling every bit of my 37 years! ;)

Dane's been going through a helmet phase and Ms. Tina let him take home her son's helmet for the weekend a few weeks ago. Dane wore it the ENTIRE weekend!!! I swear the first thing this kid thinks of when he wakes up in the morning is his hel and gike (helmet and bike.) He's riding his little Radio Flyer tricycle around the neighborhood like he's Lance Armstrong. Here are a few shots of Dane's new favorite accessory.

Dane was in HEAVEN hanging out on this gike! I think we are in for some serious trouble!

Figuring out what Dane wants to eat can be kind of frustrating at times - in most cases we have to empty out an entire cupboard before we've pulled out the right thing, but when we finally GET IT he rewards us with this cute sound....



This is definitely our new favorite "Daneism."

In case you're wondering, he is saying "yogurt" at the very beginning of the video and that is what he wanted!

A Day with the Ducks

Dane had a great time feeding the ducks last week. He would run and chase after the ducks trying to give them bread. It was pretty adorable! I think we'll be visiting the pond again soon.

I picked up Dane from daycare last week and he had a new hair-do! Apparently, Dane wants in on the action whenever Ms. Tina does all the girls' hair. Well, he finally got his chance. :)
