It's hard to believe that Dane had his first day of preschool today. He was such a big boy! He immediately ran to the rice table and then began pointing at all the fire related items in the classroom. Dane really wanted Mommy & Daddy to stay, but he didn't cry when we told him that school was just for kids and just like a big boy he said, "You always come back." A couple of hugs and kisses later we were heading out the classroom door. Of course, Dan had to take a few more pictures and Dane turned to him and yelled, "That's my Daddy!" Very disruptive, but oh so cute! Through watery eyes and a few sniff sniffs, Mommy & Daddy reluctantly left the building and let Dane begin his educational journey.

Dane, Congratulations on your 1st day at preschool. I am sure you had lots of fun and met a lot of new friends. Have Mommy send a video of you and Jaeger saying hello to Grammy, Grandpapa, Uncle Lee, Uncle Chris and auntie Stephi. We will love to hear how much you are liking school.
